On the roof of residential condos located at Building #30, of 1208 Garden Isle Ct, 1209 Garden Isle Ct. and 11427 Bay Isle Dr. Orlando FL, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet height and higher while engaged in roofing activities on a steep roof (5:12), in that the employees were not using any means of fall protection, on or about 12/09/2021. The controlling employer failed to ensure workers were protected from fall hazards. b. On the roof of residential condos located at Building #34 of 1208 Garden Isle Ct, 1209 Garden Isle Ct. and 11427 Bay Isle Dr. Orlando FL, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet height and higher while engaged in roofing activities on a steep roof (5:12), in that the employees were not using any means of fall protection, on or about 12/09/2021.
