At 85 Oaklawn Court, Saint Augustine, FL: On or about December 5, 2022, the employer is exposing employees to fall hazards, in that the end of a lanyard rope was tied around a truss frame in lieu of an anchorage device, reducing the rated strength of the fall protection system to attenuate and arrest a fall. |
