Order
|
Description |
Miscellaneous Order ~ The court notes that it remains unclear what order the appellant is attempting to appeal. The appellant has filed two separate amended notices of appeal, with the notices containing orders from two separate lower tribunal case numbers, CACE16-008159 and CACE16-003941. If the appellant wishes to appeal from a separate case, then she must file a separate notice of appeal. Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(b). This appeal shall proceed as to CACE16-008159, as that case was noted in the original notice of appeal. Therefore, the appellant is directed to file, within fifteen (15) days from the date of this order, a conformed copy of the order granting sanctions rendered September 7, 2018 entered in CACE16-008159. This copy must be a complete copy of the order and contain a legible stamp from the clerk of the lower tribunal, showing the date and time the order being appealed was filed in that office. Once the order is filed, the appeal shall proceed as to that order.
