Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 507 Amos Street, Crestview, Florida: On or about January 12, 2021 and at times prior; the Controlling employer, Sunrise Construction Group of the Emerald Coast, LLC, exposed its employees and subcontracted employees, Precision Plumbing Group, to fall hazards of 9 feet 9 inches to the concrete below in that the employer permitted employees to transit a second floor walkway that was not equipped without guardrails and without any other type of fall protection.
