29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. a) For the electrical cabinet located in warehouse 7 closet, on or about 09/14/2022 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards from an unused breaker opening measured to be approximately 1 inch wide. The employer, Auctionz, LLC DBA Wholesalez, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1596250, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/12/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1520 S Suncoast Blvd, Homosassa, FL 34448. |
