(a) On or about February 23, 2023, at 1299 South Goodman Road, Champions Gate, FL: employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet 3 inches while working from a scaffold, in that they were not trained in the hazards associated with working from a scaffold system. Jacob Stucco LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.454(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1496184, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/12/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 600 E. Bay Street, Building A3, Lakeland, Florida 33801. |

The endpoints at each upright were more than 48 inches (1.3 m) apart. a) On or about October 6, 2020, at the west side of the residential apartment building, the third level corner end side of the supported scaffold used by employees to clean stucco off the wall was missing guard rail components, exposing the employees to a 20 foot fall hazard. b) On or about October 6, 2020, at the west side of the residential apartment building, the middle column second level of the supported scaffold used by employees to clean stucco off the wall was missing guard rail components, exposing the employees to a 13.3 foot fall hazard. |
