| Description | Deny Mot File Suppl Record & EOT File Brf-30d ~ Appellant’s omnibus motion dated February 19, 2021, is denied. Appeal 2D21-0226 is a final appeal of the August 31, 2020, final judgment. Appeal 2D21-0270 is a nonfinal appeal of the trial court’s September 17, 2020, order. By prior order, this court consolidated these appeals for all purposes. Although nonfinal appeals ordinarily do not require the preparation of the record, this court may allow them to proceed with a record. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.130(d). This consolidated appeal shall proceed under the procedures outlined in Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110. The parties may address any issues pertaining to jurisdiction and scope of review in the briefing. The record transmitted in appeal 2D21-0226 shall serve as the record on appeal, and the parties may move to supplement the record as necessary. This court notes that although Appellant’s motion sought supplementation of the record, it failed to identify the items to be supplemented by date and title of filing. Future motions must identify the records to be supplemented with particularity. Appellant shall serve the initial brief within fifteen days of the date of this order. |
