On or about 03/29/2021, at the job site - employees conducting roofing work from a 8:12 pitched roof were exposed to an 18 foot 2 inch fall hazard from the edge of the second story roof to the ground, and an 8 foot 8 inch fall hazard from the edge of the first story 6:12 pitched roof to the ground, in that, they were working without fall protection. |
