29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a. At a temporary worksite located at or near 2250 Bluff Oak Way in Tallahassee, Florida: On, or about, June 3, 2021, the employer exposed subcontracted employees to a 20-foot fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by the subcontracted employees, while standing in/on a work platform that was elevated by a rough terrain forklift, while installing metal roofing. Trimcor Construction of Florida, LLC (under the company name of Trimcor, LLC) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1335136, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at The Parkside Grand, 9095 Airway Drive in Pensacola, Florida. |
