Corrected Appendix Required ~ Petitioner Bali Hai JV, LLC, seeks a writ of certiorari to quash an order of thecircuit court acting in its appellate capacity. Petitioner argues in part that the circuitcourt failed to apply clearly established law when interpreting certain sections of the Cityof Holmes Beach's Land Development Code. Petitioner's appendix, however, does notinclude a copy of these sections. Accordingly, and pursuant to Florida Rule of AppellateProcedure 9.220(a), the petitioner shall supplement its appendix with the pertinentsections of the Code within five days of the date of this order.
