On a floor joist, at Building 4, located at 1799 N. Williamson Blvd in Daytona Beach Florida: On January 22, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 9.5-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees, while performing framing work. JADAC LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642703, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 17, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 5255 Race Track Road, in Saint Johns, Florida. |
