At the front left corner of the house at the roof sheathing board stack at 116Hydrilla Court in Saint Augustine Florida: On or about March 3, 2021, an extension cord connecting the Makita circular saw to the generator had a torn outer insulator jacket. The extension cord was run from the generator to the Makita saw. The outer insulating jacket of the cord was torn where it entered the plug from the strain of a bend where the cord was tied in a knot. |
