XXXX XXXX ( a collection company who buys accounts to harass consumers with no founding proof ) has created a collection process that is erroneous and unfounded. This company has ruined my credit by posting incorrect debt and amounts of debt on my XXXX and XXXX credit report. The information is incorrect on both reports. XXXX has a 10-year debt on my credit report and in an illegal attempt to prolong their attempts to illegally collect a debt, they updated the account in XX/XX/XXXX. This account has been disputed since then for {$27.00}, XXXX, an exaggerated amount because this company continues to add illegal fees. According to the Bureau of Consumer Protection, XXXX must prove they have the right to : 1 ) Add their personal fees to a debt they buy 2 ) Prolong a debt, this debt should have been deleted from my credit file in XXXX 3 ) Collect from a consumer in another state ( Florida ) during a pandemic 4 ) Threaten a consumer who has no form of income during a pandemic 5 ) Attempt to collect monies without legal consent.
Provide proof that it is lawful and accurate for XXXX to add erroneous fees to the original amount of debt. Provide proof that XXXX can attempt to collect a debt from a consumer in the state of Florida and add their fees. Provide proof as to why they are owed a debt. Provide proof that the consumer communicated with the company and was aware that there would be a collection account added to the consumers credit report. Provide proof that it is lawful to add a debt as if it is revolving credit.
This company is not to contact me about any debt nor harass me since I did not receive lawful correspondence from this company. If this company continues to do unlawful practices I will sue them in small claims court. This collection has drastically damaged my credit report and I certainly will not deal with bullying or discrimination. Each credit report is reporting incorrect information from XXXX. I will contact XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX because this company conducted 5 plus soft pulls on my credit monthly to monitor my credit report ; another illegal act. This is harassment and unethical.

In XXXX of XXXX, I received a call about a debt they said that I owed to XXXX in the amount of {$6100.00}. I told them that I did not owe any money to XXXX and that the last time I had dealt with XXXX was in XXXX when I closed my credit card account with a balance of zero.
When they tried to push this again, I tolad them that they either had the wrong person or a fraudulent account. It told them to stop harassing me as the debt was not mine. I never heard from them again.
Last month a different company contacted me about the same debt. The caught my attention because my credit score dropped by XXXX points. Again I told them that the account was not mine and filed a complaint with the CREDIT Bureau. After researching it as little as they did, the credit bureau said that the complaint was real.
I asked the collection company to show me proof that I opened this account.. They said that they would. In the meantime, I contacted XXXX and they had no record of my having a delinquent account. This time the collection company sent copies of two statements looking like a XXXX statement. The first one had several problems. Number one was that my first name was misspelled. Number two it showed that supposedly I made a payment to them in the amount of {$110.00} on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I took that information to my bank and asked for a copy of my bank statement from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. There was no payment made to anyone for that amount, and no payments of any kind to XXXX. During this time I received a copy of my credit report and there was no XXXX account reported open in the credit report after XXXX. I have reported this as fraud to the collection company they are now labeling this as a possible fraud account.

jhpde is a debt buyer who purchased my XXXX account. The account was listed in a ChXXXX in late XX/XX/2021 and the stay is still in place. Creditor 's agent acknowledges the BK. XXXX has direct or constructive notice of the BK and willfully reported a collection on my XXXX XXXX report causing a 109 point drop in my score on XX/XX/2021. I am in the process of assuming a mortgage and will not be able to because of this. They have not responded to my attempts to contact them.

This item was included in my Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy that was discharged. I gave the accurate information to the company, JHPDE FINANCE I , LLC, called them and told them, called and sent the information to XXXX, and the account still is on my account as a " Collection Account. '' The debt buyer is claiming an OPEN BALANCE of {$5000.00} from the original debt they bought. However, the balance was DISCHARGED in my Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy and I DO NOT OWE that debt. JHPDE FINANCE I , LLC is reporting the balance as an open Collection Account that I owe to them in the amount of {$5000.00} from the original debt that was discharged. I told them this and to verify it has been discharged and sent them proof and they still report it.
The XXXX cards and accounts I had have ALL been discharged through my Bankruptcy, and as a result should NOT be showing as a collection account.
A debt buyer bought a XXXX account that was discharged in XXXX, but they are claiming the account as unpaid and open as a Collection Account AFTER my XXXX discharge. This is incorrect and needs to be REMOVED.
ALL of my debt was DISCHARGED in the XXXX, including this account.

Despite the multiple previous written requests, the JHPDE FINANCE I , LLC ( Original Creditor Name XXXX XXXX XXXX ) still remains on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The 3 Credit Bureaus failed to comply with air Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
