On or about June 12, 2021, and at times prior, at the west side of the building, the employer exposed subcontracted employees of Inversiones R.A.L. 23 LLC to a 32 feet fall hazard, in that two employees performing roofing work on a 9:12 pitch roof were not wearing their personal fall arrest systems as intended and according to manufacturer's instructions.
