Description Grant Miscellaneous Motion-79 ~ This court issued an order to show cause why petitioner's reply and supplementalappendix should not be stricken for containing argument based on an affidavit in theappendix that was created after the petition was filed. In its response to this order,petitioner conceded that the affidavit was created to rebut an argument in the responseto the petition that was not made in the trial court. Respondent filed a motion for leaveto reply to petitioner's response to this court order. We grant the motion for leave toreply and accept the reply attached to the motion.
