ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO SUPPLEMENT THE RECORD ~ Appellant's motion to supplement the record and to treat settlement agreement as confidential is granted. Pursuant to the lower tribunal's June 11, 2020, order, the confidential settlement agreement shall be held as confidential. See Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.420(g)(8). Appellant shall make arrangements within three days with the clerk of the circuit court for the supplementation of the record with the confidential settlement agreement, with the supplemental record to be filed in this court within twenty-five days from the date of this order.
