In her July 21, 2021, response, appellant stated that "[t]he Court transcripts from this Management Conference have been order and will be filed with the Appeals court immediately upon receipt for review." The status update shall also include whether additional orders regarding timesharing have been entered by the trial court and whether any such orders render the order on appeal no longer applicable and therefore moot. The status update shall clarify appellant's statement in her July 21, 2021, response that the trial court granted the appellant "limited timesharing defaulting to the previously standing order of 04/04/2019" at the March 23, 2021, status conference. Specifically, appellant shall advise this court whether the terms of the order on appeal are currently in effect or whether the terms of the April 4, 2019, order—as it relates to timesharing—are in effect.
