Complaint What Happened	I, XXXX XXXX, contacted Mr. XXXX XXXX at Unitas Lending LLC to refinance my mortgage in an attempt to remove my ex-husband from the mortgage of my house. I expected to obtain a refinance of the mortgage loan for myself and my boyfriend XXXX XXXX at this address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL. XXXX. I gave Unitas all necessary information to obtain the mortgage in my name, using XXXX XXXX as a co-borrower. XXXX XXXX from Unitas Lending contacted me on a Sunday night to rush me to watch a video that explained a loan estimate that they required me to sign to go forward with the refinance process. I have the video saved if you need the link, which clearly indicates the online signing of my name and XXXX XXXX 's name is for just a high loan estimate only, not the actual refinance of the mortgage. After the video, XXXX XXXX and I were rushed by XXXX XXXX to sign the so call estimate. The next day, XXXX XXXX received a large packet of documents in his name with a loan number # XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. Nowhere in the documents was I listed as a borrower! The documentation shows the complete mortgage with dates due and a payment schedule among many other details. There was no closing, no finalization of the refinance, and no final discussion of approval of any loan. I attempted to contact Unitas Lending but they had failed to respond as of yet. They told me they would call me but after a week, they had not called. They had not explained to me what is going on. This is fraud as I did not authorize any of these actions to finalize this loan, which is an equity loan. I would never sold my place of residence to XXXX XXXX and not be on the Loan myself. I would never had signed any documents had I known this was going to happen. i am a senior and i am XXXX and i was manipulated and taken advantage of because of my XXXX. Please can you help me stop this company from taking advantage of XXXX people. thank you for your time and Help.
