On or about October 18, 2017, on the south side of the roof frame, two employees operating a Hitachi pneumatic nail gun to perform framing work was not wearing eye protection being exposed to flying debris or nails. Sunshine Framing Services, LLC. was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1225642, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on July 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 818-824 Servia Drive Lots 142-144, Saint Johns, Florida. |

On or about October 18, 2017, on the roof frame in the front of the house, employee conducting framing operations was not protected from an 11 feet and higher fall hazard by the use of fall protection system. b. On or about October 18, 2017, on the roof frame in the side of the house, employee conducting framing operations was not protected from an 18 feet 6 inches fall hazard by the use of fall protection system. Sunshine Framing Services, LLC. was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1225642, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as final order on July 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 818-824 Servia Drive Lots 142-144, Saint Johns, Florida. |
