On or about August 27, 2020, at the jobsite, three employees were kneeling or crouching down while working in a trench, 6 foot 3 inches deep and one of the employees was not wearing a hard hat. Above the employees, a shovel handle was hanging over the edge of the trench wall and a small metal pipe was next to the edge of the trench, thus exposing the unprotected employee's head to struck-by hazards. |
