Cross-braces were used as a means of access. a. At the jobsite located at 3800 SE Turkey Hammock Road, Arcadia, Florida: On or about April 28, 2023, the supported mobile scaffold, used by employees to install the concrete metal truss anchors, did not have a means of access, employees climbed frames and cross-braces to get to the work platform. |
