29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 09/05/2019 Location: Condo#5 front of the parking lot at 4670 NW 84 Ave Doral FL, 1) Two employees were exposed to fall hazard up to approximately 40 feet high, while working inside the basket of an aerial lift without any means of fall protection. South Florida Stucco & Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of this standard occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1329738, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/20/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 10449 NW 82nd St. Bldg # 8 Highland At Park Central, Doral, FL 33178. |
