29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed, led to a dead end corridor, and the discharge was not level.: 1. On or about April 25, 2017, in the back of the building, in the SE and NE warehouse area, the exit discharge led to platforms enclosed by cyclone fence, exposing the employees to smoke inhalation. 2. On or about April 25, 2017, in the front of the building, in the SW corner, the exit discharge was 4 feet above ground level, exposing the employees to a fall. |
