Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about December 8, 2016: on a 4:12 pitch roof one employee was observed installing wood purlins and was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employee was exposed to a 8-foot fall hazard. Wounded Nail, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133368, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 19 Hillside Ave. New Smyrna, FL 32168.
