On a low-slope roof at a commercial building, at a temporary worksite located at 6565 Fort Caroline Road, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about November 7, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the fall protection was not utilized by employees while preforming roofing work. SPC Roofers, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630835, citation number 001, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1571 South Shore Drive, Fleming Island, Florida 32003. |
