On May 16, 2017, an employee using a nail gun to install decking was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being struck by flying debris or nails. ASG Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1162915, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5199 Holly Fern Trace, Tallahassee, FL 32312. |
