Received an email from a company called XXXX regarding a loan with BHG it clearly states on the email that there is a judgement status and post judgement collection on and that i should reach out to them to resolve. It threaten to report to credit bureau This morning there was a collection account on my XXXX credit file. for XXXX from this company. I was threaten and lied to regarding the status of the account and was never notified of any judgement made against me. I never had an account with XXXX and demand proof right to collect from me. please submit proof of ownership of loan how they aquired it and what right do they have under the law to collect from me. who gave them the right to report and report to credit bureau show me any documents that i signed with them anything connecting me with XXXX. I demand they remove the collection from my credit file and unless they have any proof of there ownership of the collection. that i signed then remove from my credit file.

The XXXX data breach occurred between XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX at the American credit bureau XXXX. Private records of XXXX XXXX Americans along with XXXX XXXX XXXX citizens and about XXXX XXXX citizens were compromised in the breach, making it one of the largest cybercrimes related to identity theft.
My information was part of the breach. In XXXX I was getting alerts my email was found on the Dark Web.
In XXXX the Bankers healthcare group located in XXXX XXXX has filed and obtained a judgment against me and states I waived all my legal rights. This debt doesn't show on my personal credit report since I have frozen all 3 to thwart any attempts of being a victim of identity theft. After speaking with a lawyer, this appears to be a fake judgement, filed in XXXX even though my old address is still XXXX - using paperwork I never signed.

Around XX/XX/year>, I submitted a pre-approved personal loan application to BHG Financial via a custom offer on XXXX XXXX.
By XX/XX/XXXX, a Finance Manager from BHG sent an email with the subject " Your BHG Loan Approval '' and a message stating " XXXX XXXX with BHG. Great news, we got you approved! Is there a time today or tomorrow that we can schedule to discuss everything? Please let me know when will work best for you and congratulations. '' The entire thread of this correspondence is attached.
I spoke with XXXX and, by XX/XX/XXXX, I had submitted all the necessary information ( via unsecured email ), agreed to the loan terms, and signed the contract. Everything was supposedly set.
Then later that day, I received a very sloppy email ( also attached ) from a " Funding Coordinator '', XXXX XXXX, who had the professionalism of an inexperienced intern, asking for additional information including 3 months bank statements and another photo ID verification, confirmation of my address, and another email address.
I questioned why I needed to submit all this additional information when I'd already sent my financial details, verified my ID, and my approved loan contract was already signed. I received very dubious reasoning in response ( see email ) with demands that my loan won't be funded unless I complied.
So I sent the requested information, again via unsecured email, and confirmed the questions they asked. I only refused the additional " ID verification '' because it actually required me to download a dodgy app to my phone and take photos of the inside of my home that was very creepy/stalkery ( and it wasn't simply another ID verification as stated ). They also pressed again for additional email addresses to contact me and added the requirement to now submit personal bank statements of my husband ( who had nothing to do with this loan ).
Ultimately I refused providing anything else. I felt very uncomfortable providing so much personal information via unsecured email and especially the requirement of taking photos of my home and sending my husband 's bank statements ( again, he was not named on the loan ).
I asked multiple times why my loan had already been approved with contracts signed, but then I was required to submit so much more information for it to be " actually '' approved. I never got a clear answer.
At this point I had lost all faith in the security of this institution and told them to cancel my loan and delete all my personal records ( who knows if they did ).
I've never had such an unprofessional experience and don't believe they're adhering to banking regulations.

Received XXXX texts from an XXXX XXXX XXXX asking to speak to me regarding " changes in my account. '' I that any changes to an account agreement has to be sent as a written notice. I also asked that he stop texting using the number he had used, as I had not consented to text messages.
He replied that he would send the " changes '' in writing via email.
I was expecting changes to the terms, however, what I got was a XXXX request to fill and signs forms for auto-pay.
I imagine some people who don't read or feel flustered by this type of communication from a bank would just fill and sign the form without question.
This is a PRESSURE tactic to have consumers agree to automatic debits from their accounts. This was not a requirement of the agreement to have a credit card with Bankers Health Group, and clearly is an underhanded attempt at having customers agree to a service they did not ask for or wanted in the first place. Of course, for those who sign without reading or knowing any better, the tactic allows BHG to say they did actually agree to direct debiting and have a signed document to prove it. I agreed to open this account because it was promoted by a professional organization I belong to - I regret having a business relationship with this company as this is not the first time they use pressure tactics to try to get me to agree to more of their products.

I applied for what I thought was a personal loan through Bankers Health Group ( BHG ), in XXXX, XXXX. This loan was taken out in XXXX, XXXX. I have tried numerous times to get this loan refinanced with another company to no avail due to a very high interest rate of 21 %. In my recent attempt a loan processor advised me this loan was not showing up on my credit report. I told him the circumstances of this loan and he advised me to stop making payments on it and contact an attorney. BHG is currently being sued in the State of XXXX XXXX for for fraudulently giving unknowingly people a business loan to skirt financial regulation laws. XXXX XXXX in XXXX who underwrote these loans are a co defendant. During my loan application and process I never once told the processor I intended to use the loan for a business. I have never owned a business, nor do I intend to start a business and I do not have a XXXX number. As previously stated I thought I was taking out a personal loan and now because of fraud I can not even get it refinanced. Let me also state this loan is a unsecured one. Additionally this loan was underwritten in the State of XXXX. Which has a cap on business and personal loans at 12.5 %.

I applied for a loan with Bankers Healthcare Group LLC in XXXX of 2021 I was denied for unknow reasons didn't receive adverse letter until day 30. So I applied for another one of their products which was a business credit card I was also denied saying they couldn't verify my identity which is untrue because my personal and business credit was pulled by XXXX that caused an hard inquiry on my credit report.
The reason given for the credit card application was " unable to identify my identity '' and was told to call XXXX, which I did and they said there was no reason for the company not able to identify me because all my personal information is up to date.
So I feel that the company is violating my ECOA because they are not giving my a vailed in-depth reason for the denial so I can fix the problem to reapply in the near future.

I was provided two different predatory loans to me at two different times. One in XXXX and the other in XXXX. I was unable to pay for the loans due to income issues and asked originally for a modification. I was denied and then had to default on the loans. Finally when I applied for a modification and deferral of payments, we came to an agreement of a fixed amount for the the next 6 months to start at the end of XXXX ( next month ). I have the documents. Well they decided to start taking ACH withdrawals out today in the full amount of the loans and took out twice the agreed upon amount leaving me with no money right before pay day. Not only are they in breach of contract but they are also in breach of fair lending laws from the original contract. This company is fraudulent in their actions

I obtained a loan with Bankers Healthcare Group on XX/XX/2020. Upon further review I realized that the interest rate is 20.99 %. I did not realize that this is an illegal interest rate in the state of Florida and is considered usurous. The maximum interest rate in Florida is 18 % according to law. I contacted BHG on XX/XX/2020 by email, which I can provide, to discuss this issue. They stated the loan is serviced by XXXX XXXX and no contract changes will be made, however, the contract I signed says XXXX XXXX. I also contacted an attorney who agrees that the interest rate is illegal and usurous in the state of Florida

Today XXXX once again I would like to ask this company to stop targeting me, I do not want to be contacted by this harassing junk mail. At florida department of agriculture case # XXXX This company its using my name and personal information for marketing and solicitation. I just don't understand why this company is harassing me with unsolicited and never requested mail and loan offers. How this company got my information, what gives the right to this company to use my name and address.
This company needs to respect the fact that my name is at the three credit bureaus and XXXX XXXX XXXX -out list and every credit bureau op-out list to included also the DMA.
Please ask this company why they don't respect that, and Im pretty sure they're excused will be that my name got obtained out public records. I would like to know where?
Please stop remove my name out their data base, and ask every marketing company not to use my name. I'm a handicap, I'm a war veteran and also I'm a senior citizen being target by this junk unsolicited mail.
I had never requested, and I will never ask for this junk unsolicited mail to have my personal information in it.

We have got a loan from BHG on XX/XX/XXXX.
I had spoken to both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about returning the borrowed loan back after some days of receiving the funds.
It was to no availed and I was told due to part of the agreement I may not have access to returned it back, the loan has an UCC-1 affiliation to it ; thus I have contacted both of them about processing my commercial vehicle equipment ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as a ransom for the remaining unpaid amounts. I have not heard from them ever since then after I have presented that option to them.
Our XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX hence I couldn't come up with due balances and our company haven't recovered yet from those financial situations.
We have just got served earlier by an agent of the XXXX XXXX XXXX, we had found a Civil Lawsuit was filed against on BHG behalf by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. ) We still have the commercial vehicle at our disposal awaiting them for it use it as a collateral asset for their loan and unpaid balances.
