29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on October 21, 2015, when employees are working on a residential roof at 221 Wisteria Way Lot 5, Santa Rosa Beach Florida without fall protection and were exposed to 23 feet 6 inch fall hazard. South Progress, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1076485, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Prominence Phase I North, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. Fastway Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 999349, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on December 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 732 Scenic Gulf Drive, Destin, FL 32541.
