On or about April 12, 2016 CSHO observed 1 employee climbing and leaning over the top plate of a 2 story residential construction project to install fascia board on the rafter trusses, and was exposed to a fall of over 20 feet to the ground below because he was not protected from falling by any means of personal fall protection, Safety nets, or guardrails. |
