29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 4th 2015, at the jobsite located at NW 107th Ave with 74th St, House # 8/5, an employee was removing work form without the use of fall protection, being exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet. EMME Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1039307, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/01/15, with respect to a workplace located at 5637 SW 2nd St. Miami, FL 33134. |
