A builder in the assembly line was exposed to a noise dose of 127.9%, or an equivalent dBA of 91.7 dBA, which was capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 448 minutes during one shift on November 20, 2023. The employer did not have a continuing, effective hearing conservation program. b. A builder in the assembly line was exposed to a noise dose of 245.2%, or an equivalent dBA of 96.4 dBA, which was capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 465 minutes during one shift on November 20, 2023. The employer did not have a continuing, effective hearing conservation program. c. A builder in the assembly line was exposed to a noise dose of 93.78%, or an equivalent dBA of 89.5 dBA, which was capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 268 minutes during one shift on November 20, 2023. The employer did not have a continuing, effective hearing conservation program. d. A builder in the assembly line was exposed to a noise dose of 201.3%, or an equivalent dBA of 95.0 dBA, which was capable of causing permanent hearing loss.
