ORD-Sua Sponte Dismissal ~ ORDERED that this Court has considered appellant's September 9, 2013 response to this Court's August 28, 2013 order. Appellant, Janice Knecht, was ordered to show cause why she should not be prohibited from further pro se filing in this court. See May v. Barthet, 934 So. 2d 1184, 1187 (Fla. 2006). Appellant's response does not excuse her excessive and frivolous filing, and we determine that sanctions are necessary to protect the right of access to courts for others. Appellant has moved to dismiss the various cases she presently has pending in this court but asks that this court allow her to appear pro se in the future. We deny in part appellant's request to be given leave to appear pro se in the future. The Clerk of this Court is instructed to reject for filing any future pleadings, petitions, motions, documents or other filings submitted by Janice Knecht unless signed by a member in good standing of The Florida Bar. Appellant may appear through the assistance of counsel where counsel determines that the proceeding may have merit and can be filed in good faith. The sanction applies only to the dissolution of marriage in LT case number 502007DR006680XX; further,ORDERED that case numbers 4D13-1796, 4D13-1901, 4D13-2793, 4D13-2794, 4D13-2880, 4D13-2882 and 4D13-2952 are dismissed with prejudice; further, ORDERED that all pending motions filed in the above case numbers are hereby determined to be moot.

Order Denying Petition for Writ - Prohib. ~ IN 4D13-2003 (VIEW ORDER IN 4D13-2003) ORDERED sua sponte that case numbers 4D13-2003, 4D13-1796, 4D13-1901, 4D13-2793, 4D13-2794, 4D13-2880, 4D13-2882, 4D13-2952 are hereby consolidated for resolution by the same panel. Case numbers 4D13-2794, 4D13-2880, 4D13-2882, 4D13-2952 ¿ which seek review of the same order ¿ are consolidated for all purposes; further, ORDERED that the petition for writ of prohibition in case number 4D13-2003 is denied on the merits; further, ORDERED, sua sponte, this court finds that petitioner Janice Edwards Knecht has abused the legal system by filing numerous frivolous, meritless, and improper proceedings and motions in this Court. Petitioner was cautioned in 4D12-3419 that continued abusive filing would result in the sanction of this Court no longer accepting her pro se filings. Despite this admonition, petitioner has continued to file numerous improper proceedings, motions, responses and other documents in this court. Petitioner¿s lengthy documents are largely incomprehensible and raise many procedurally improper arguments directed at a dissolution of marriage judgment that became final in 2008. Petitioner¿s excessive filing interferes with this court¿s ability to hear matters that are properly before this court. Therefore, within twenty (20) days of this order, petitioner shall file a response with this Court and show cause why she should not be prohibited from any further pro se filing in this Court and why this Court should not reject any future documents submitted by her unless signed by a member of the Florida Bar. May v. Barthet, 934 So. 2d 1184 (Fla. 2006). Failure to timely respond to this order or to show cause as required by this order will result in dismissal of case numbers 4D13-1796, 4D13-1901, 4D13-2793, 4D13-2794, 4D13-2880, 4D13-2882, and 4D13-2952. Petitioner may avoid dismissal if a member of the Florida Bar files a notice of appearance and agrees to represent her in the above cases.WARNER, STEVENSON and MAY, JJ., Concur.
