Employees were installing floor joists for the third floor of a residential home without the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8 feet 1 1/2 inches to the second floor and over 30 feet to the ground below. b) For employees working at 120 Neptune Lane in Holmes Beach, as observed on or about March 17, 2015. Employees were constructing and erecting walls on the second floor with an unprotected edge. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet . to the first floor. Keith Kleppinger Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314843392, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 310 68th Street in Holmes Beach, FL.
