OSHA sampling revealed that a fabricator was exposed to crystalline silica at an at an 8-hour TWA of 55.30 mcg/m3, approximately 1.096 times the OSHA-PEL of 50 mcg/m3. The exposure level was derived from a sample collected over a 415 minute sampling period. Zero exposure was assumed for the 65 minute unsampled period.
