Zero exposure was assumed for the 154 minute period not sampled. The employer did not have a continuing and effective hearing conservation program. b) On or about October 31, 2019, in the fabrication area, an employee working as a granite fabricator was exposed to continuous noise levels at 91.28% (89.3 dBA) of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) during the 323 minute sampling period.
