The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: For the jobsite at 2008 N 19th St., Ybor City, FL 33605, as observed on or about 04/26/2016: a) Two employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 15 feet while working from an aerial lift on the north side of the building. No safety harness or body belt was used. b) One employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet while working from an aerial lift on the south side of the building. No safety harness or body belt was used. |
