(b) At the Garden Park development in Fern Park, an employee working from the fourth floor balcony where no guardrails were installed was exposed to a 29-foot fall hazard as observed on or about June 27, 2013. MAG Construction Group, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in the following inspections: 1. Number 878344 Citation 01 Item 001 and was affirmed as a Final Order on March 18, 2013, with respect to the workplace located at 1651- 1653 Bragg Drive, Celebration, FL 34747. |
