Employees performing residential framing work at elevations of 23 feet or more above the ground are not protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on April 2, 2015, when employees were installing framing and roof sheathing on the 10:12 pitch roof of a two-story residential townhouse at 48 Milestone Drive, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459 without fall protections and were exposed to a fall hazards of 23 feet above the surrounding ground.
