Debtor : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX of Motor Vehicle Year : XXXX Make : XXXX Model : XXXXMerficap/XXXX used car financing services company with location in Florida ( XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Fl. XXXX ) previously received by clients of ACR of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX to finance my used vehicle, Description of Motor Vehicle Year : XXXX Make : XXXX Model : XXXX
Respective payments between XXXX to XXXX $ every 15 days. ( Pay/period ).
Complying with all my payments and with a balance of a few weeks with less than {$600.00} to pay and ending the relationship, my account with these ambiguous companies are blocked, I can not see anything regarding the financing ( payment receipts, APR, balances and dates ) in addition to This is because these companies whose staff and main manager ignore my constant requests do not want to be responsible for reporting my payment compliance and reporting them to the national credit bureaus such as ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) in which I do NOT appear reflected in the credit payments of my vehicle. ( There is no record built by me before these institutions or before anyone ) these companies claim that they are NOT obliged to report my payments and in each email I receive from them taking my payments they reflect and affirm that they report to one of these ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) when it is a lie on the part of Merficap / XXXX ..... I have wasted my time and my credit score of 4 years XXXX / XXXX. Calls or emails, text messages nothing have served It has had no effect on MERFICAPXXXX ( ambiguous companies owned by the same owner ) to fulfill their responsibility to me as a consumer. This company has very bad references and comments on the different pages, always having 1 out of 5 good comments do not correspond to people friend of the company to give them a reference of the nature of these companies. no mentioning the EXTRA charges out of the balace done by opportunist into the companies. I am Expos sed to this Scamers with license.
I need your help as an organization that defends the consumer to recover my credit and prevent these groups of people and companies from continuing to defraud and abuse good people.

Just a few weeks after finishing the financing relationship for the XXXX XXXX XXXX Vehicle for the first week of XX/XX/XXXX just under {$600.00} of outstanding balance, XXXXMerficap make the corresponding automatic payments but hiding the balance of missing payments and the history of payments and/or disabling access, I want to clarify and warn that we are not willing to receive surprise balance amounts and sums at the last minute ( phantom charges out of the blue ) like those that occurred in XX/XX/XXXX in the last replacement of the vehicle, where more than a third person tried to take advantage of the situation to add more charges ( all of this is documented and monitored ) as well as calls and balances formally sent by MerficapXXXX corporate emails, I kindly ask you to handle things as you should be fairly to avoid situations of another scale.

Right there you can track the status of your financing, update your personal information, make online payments, among others. ( Sample of malfunction ) Remember that it is very important that you make payments in a timely manner and enjoy a healthy credit record, since XXXX, XXXX reports every month to the credit bureau through XXXX. ( This is Totally False statement NOT Reported responsibly to any National Credit Institution as mentioned ) The manager contradicts himself in the recorded calls that XXXX does not declare to any National Credit Bureau the opposite of this Email.
There are no accurate reports each year of the XXXX Merficap financing with the three credit reporting companies ( XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. of which I receive notifications and the current credit of the vehicle is not present. We require : * Scanned copy of the original financing contract to compare and verify with the one that was consigned to me by dealership at the time of the negotiation.
Report or formal communication of the financing payments to the National Credit Bureau XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) by MerficapXXXX XXXX complying with what is mentioned in their aforementioned emails.
