On or about July 2, 2018, in the fabrication area, the employer failed to developed or implemented a written hazard communication program for the protection of the employees, which describes how the requirements for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks who uses chemicals. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals used and stored in the workplace including Acetone, "Tenax - Ager Tiger", "Tenax - Pectro" and "Blaster - Penetrating catalyst".
