29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. At a temporary residential jobsite, located at or near 4948 Blackhawk Dr. Jacksonville, FL: On or about April 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 14 - 15 foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while conducting framing work. The HW Contracting, LLC, doing business as HW Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1648842, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4020 Coastal Highway St Augustine, FL. 32084. The HW Contracting, LLC, doing business as DBA HW Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647541, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2747 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores, FL. 32118. |
