Dust accumulation around shop walls, other building components, electronics, electrical panels, storage cabinets, floors, working station tables, stored materials and equipment was observed. A silica concentration of 40% was measured from accumulated dust on an electrical panel and working table in the fabrication shop as well as an office window sill base. The company exposure control plan did not include housekeeping practices, process, schedule and protective measures.
