Crossbraces were used as a means of access: On or about April 4, 2017, at the above addressed site, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet 6 inches and 20 feet when gaining access to and from the work level platform of a fabricated frame scaffold to perform masonry work while not having a safe means of egress. |
