A Range Safety Officer was exposed to a noise dose of 87.5%, or an equivalent dBA of 89.0 dBA, which was capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 402 minutes during one shift on September 14, 2016. The employer did not have a continuing, effective hearing conservation program. |
