29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) For employees working at 11480 Waldon Loop in Parrish, Florida, as observed on or about 20 February, 2020. Employees were exposed to fall heights from 8 feet 6 inches to up to 19 feet while working on the 6:12 pitch roof without the use of a fall protection system. Roofing Pioneers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292538, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 13, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1560 Timber Trace Drive Saint Augustine, FL 32092. Roofing Pioneers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1216740, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 421 N.
