On or about July 27, 2020, at a job site at 88 boulder Brook Ln, Lot 88, Saint Johns, Florida, 4 roofing employees working on the 6:12 pitch slopes of first-story and second-story roofs were exposed to 10-feet to 27-feet fall hazards from the roof eaves and the raked edges of the peaks of roof gables in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. Kayco Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1242594, Serious citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 19, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2743 Beauclerc Rd, Jacksonville, Florida. |
