Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL, observed on or about 03/14/2022, employees in the process of pouring lintel were exposed to a 20'4" fall hazard, in that, a guard rail system was not installed along the top work platform of the tubular welded walk-through style frame scaffolding 3 levels high, 6'6" high sections, 5 foot wide 7 foot long with 6 " screw jacks installed. |
