Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: (a) 10913 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL, observed on or about 03/14/2022, employees in the process of pouring lintel were exposed to a 20'4" fall hazard, in that, a guard rail system was not installed along the top work platform of the tubular welded walk-through style frame scaffolding 3 levels high, 6'6" high sections, 5 foot wide 7 foot long with 6 " screw jacks installed.
