On or about April 13, 2017, roof area, front of the home, two employees installing a metal roof system on a 3:12 pitch roof were not protected from a 13 feet 6-inch fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. Ameritech Enterprises, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965675, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9375 HWY 98, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
