The court notes that the "notice of dismissal" was rendered by the Florida Commission on Human Relations on September 24, 2018, and the notice of appeal was not filed in the lower tribunal (The FCHR) until October 29, 2018. To invoke the jurisdiction of the appellate court, the notice must have been filed in the lower tribunal within thirty days of the order sought to be appealed. See Fla. R. App. 9.110(c). Further, the notice was not filed in this court until October 26, 2018, which was also more than thirty days from the date of rendition of the order in the lower tribunal.WARNER, TAYLOR and LEVINE, JJ., concur.
