ORDER-IN FORMA PAUPERIS NONCOMPLIANCE ~ In light of the petitioner's response to this Court's order dated July 24, 2012, the style of the above case has been changed from Margetta Langlois vs. Currently Unknown Appellee to Margetta Langlois vs. Venezia Investments, LLC. However, petitioner has failed to comply with the portion of this Court's July 24, 2012 order directing her to submit a $300.00 filing fee or a proper motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, which must comply with section 57.081, Florida Statutes (1997). Petitioner is directed, within thirty days from the date of this order, to either submit the fee or completely fill out and submit the enclosed Florida Supreme Court "Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis."
